2. Loosen the air inlet pipe of the CO
2
module.
3. Loosen the zero calibration pipe of the CO
2
module.
After reassembling the exhaust pipe, air inlet pipe and zero calibration pipe, clamp them in the tie mount
according to the sequence shown in the figure, and arrange them in order.
4. Loosen the four M3×5 screws fixing the CO
2
module sheet.
