With throttle lever not connected the throttle valve will remain fully open. The starting
position of the throttle valve is therefore full throttle! Therefore never start the engine
without connecting the throttle lever first.

The cable actuations being used must not be affected at all by vibrations emanating
from the engine or the airframe.
