3.26 ENCODER ERROR
This occurs when the control system detects an error wi th the Encoder Module or the Encoder Module has become
disconnected
2001 - M1 Sensor Error The power module cannot detect an Encoder module connection to MI
3C00 - M2 Sensor Error - The power module cannot detect an Encoder module connection to M2
7B01 - EM disconnected- The power module cannot detect an encoder module fitted when the parameter Encoder
Module Fitted set to Yes
Check the motors, cables and connections to the control system.
If the trip is still present after the above checks have been made, then the Module may be defective. Refer to Section 5.
3.27 JOYSTICK STATIONARY TIME EXCEEDED
This occurs when the joystick is deemed to have been held stationary for an excessive period of time. The controller will stop
drive to prevent possible damage the wheelchair’s motors.
Turning the control system Off and On again will clear this error message.
If the trip is still present after the power has been cycled, then the Curtiss-Wright control system may be defective. Refer to
Section 5.
3.28 ORIENTATION ERROR
This error occurs when the programmed orientation of the ASM does not match the actual mounted orientation.
Check the programming of the parameter Orientation against the actual mounting of the ASM.
If the trip is still present after the above checks have been made, then the ASM may be defective. Refer to Section 5.
3.29 ASM DISCONNECTED
This error occurs when the control system detects an error with the ASM or the ASM becomes disconnected.
Check the motors, cables and connections to the control system.
If the trip is still present after the above checks have been made, then the ASM may be defective. Refer to Section 5.
3.30 GYRO DISCONNECTED
This error occurs when the control system detects an error with the Gyro Module becomes disconnected.
Check all cables and connections between the Power Module connector and the Gyro Module and then cycle the power.
If the trip is still present after the above checks have been made, then the Gyro Module may be defective. Refer to Section 5.
3.31 GYRO PRF ACTIVE
This occurs when the controller detects a Gyro signal in standby on a moving vehicle such as a boat or a train.
Turn the controller off or select a non-gyro drive profile when using this type of transportation.
If the trip is still present after the above checks have been made, then the Gyro Module may be defective. Refer to Section 5.
