Procedure with a tape measure:
1. Use a tape measure to determine the pipe diameter d.
2. Mount the opposite mounting bolt at d/2 from the front mounting bolt. The distance
must be d/2 = d'/2 on both sides.
3. Check distance B.


Fastening the sensors:
1. Fit the sensor holders over the individual mounting bolts and tighten securely with
the locking nut.


2. Stick the coupling pad under the sensor →  217. Alternatively, coat the contact
surfaces of the sensor evenly with coupling gel (approx. 1 mm (0.04 in)). In doing so,
start from the groove through the center to the opposite edge.


3. Insert the sensor into the sensor holder.
