Cleaning the Auto Cutter
The fixed blade of the auto cutter may become unable to cut cleanly due to the adhesive of label paper
adhering to it.
Perform cleaning by following the steps below.
1
Turn the printer off, and then disconnect the AC cable from the outlet.

Open the roll paper cover and remove the paper.
3
Remove the adhesive adhered to the fixed blade of the auto cutter on the
roll paper cover side.
Remove it with a cotton swab or the like dampened with alcohol.
Cleaning of the auto cutter is now complete.
CAUTION
Do not directly touch the fixed blade of the auto cutter.
Doing so may cause injury to a finger.
