Card Feeding Errors
Resolving the Card Feeding problem (HDP820/820-LC)
Symptom: Two or more cards are feeding at the same time or cards are not feeding
properly
Step Procedure
1
Remove the stack of cards. (Note: Ensure that the cards are not sticking
together. Manually separate them if needed.)
Caution: Do not touch the surface of the card because dirt or oil from
the hands can damage card quality.

Slide the left wall of the Input Hopper to the proper location. (Note: The wall of
the card hopper should be within .030â (.75mm) of the stack of cards.)
