to the malfunction of the specified tray. Probable causes
are as follows:
1. The size of the paper used was different from the size
specified for the 2-Sided feature.
2. The punch unit on the C Finisher is defective.
[Remedy] For Cause 1. Check if the specified size paper has been
loaded in a paper tray.
For Cause 2. If the control panel displays Error Code 012-
231, 012-232, 012-233, or 012-234, contact our Customer
Support Center.

that can be stapled.
[Remedy] Reduce the number of pages, or cancel the stapling
setting, then try to print again.
