1 Make sure that the <Data> indicator light is off and there are no jobs currently in
process.
2 Press the power switch to the [ ] position to
switch the power off.
3 Open the front cover.
4 Pull out the toner cartridge slowly, and slide
it out.
Important • Slide out the toner cartridge gently. Otherwise, toner may spill from the cartridge.
• Do not touch the shutter part as shown in the illustration. Toner can dirty and stain your
hands.
• Be careful not to spill toner when handling the toner cartridge.
5 Take the new toner cartridge of the same
color out of the box, and shake the cartridge
up and down and left and right for 5 to 6
times.

Never throw a toner cartridge into an open
flame. Remaining toner in the cartridge
may catch fire and cause burn injuries or
explosion.
If you have a used toner cartridge no
longer needed, contact your local Fuji
Xerox representative for its disposal.
