PCIe Flash Modules (PFM)
A PCIe Flash Module (PFM) is a module that is installed to operate the Extreme Cache function.
1.6TB and 3.2TB PFM capacity options are available for Extreme Cache.
Up to eight PFMs can be installed in each controller. Slot 16 to Slot 23 are shared by the drives and the PFMs.
The maximum PFM capacity of each controller enclosure is 25.6TB.
A PFM has LEDs.

The LEDs turn on or blink to indicate the statuses that are listed below.
