To set the Exit delay, do the following:
1. With the display showing EXIT DELAY nnn SECS (current setting), enter the time value (45 to 184
seconds).
2. The display flashes the entered setting. Press # and the display shows the new setting.
Extended delay (0312 to 0362)
Default setting is 4 minutes.
This setting determines how much time you have (after arming the system) to enter or exit the premises
through a designated extended delay door (1 to 8 minutes).
Note: For UL listed installations, you may not use Extended delay.
To set the extended delay, do the following:
1. With the display showing EXTENDED DELAY n MINUTES (current setting), enter the time value (1
to 8 minutes).
2. The display flashes the entered setting. Press # and the display shows the new setting.
Siren timeout (0313 to 0363)
Default setting is 4 minutes.
This setting determines how long sirens sound (1 to 30 minutes) if no one is present to disarm the system.
Note: For UL listed installations, the Siren timeout must be set to 4 minutes or more.
To set the siren timeout, do the following:
1. With the display showing SIREN TIMEOUT nn MINUTES (current setting), enter the time value (1
to 30 minutes).
2. The display flashes the entered setting. Press # and the display show the new setting.
Sleep time (0314 to 0364)
Default setting is 22:00 (10:00 p.m.).
This setting determines the start time and restart of a 10-hour window during which trouble beeps are
suppressed. The initial occurrence of an event that causes trouble beeps within this window does not sound
trouble beeps until the Sleep time window expires. If trouble beeps from a previous event are due to be
restarted during the sleep time window, they restart one hour prior to Sleep time.
Note: For UL listed installations, this feature must be set to off.
To set the Sleep time, do the following:
1. With the display showing SLEEP TIME hh:mm (current setting), enter the time value (00:00 to
23:50 using 10 minute intervals).
2. The display flashes the entered setting. Press # and the display shows the new setting.
To turn off Sleep time, with the display showing SLEEP TIME hh:mm (current setting), press D.
