Note: All power ports supply identical power. Power cable routing and
jumpers shown are as shipped from the factory.
General Control Panel Lid Switch Board Remove and Replace
In general, switch boards in the panel lid can be replaced as follows:
1 Power down and unplug panel from its power source.
2 Label any sockets and cables before you unplug them to ensure the cables are replaced
in the correct sockets. This is especially important if you will be removing more than
one board.
3 Disconnect the data and power cables from the board.
4 Remove the screws (from four to seven depending on board type).
5 Carefully remove the board from the lid.
Source Select Switch Board Remove and Replace
Panel source select boards have overlapping edges that share screws. These boards can be
removed in left to right order with the general procedure above.
CAUTION: Karrera Control Panel data cables must be connected to the
correct boards for proper system operation.
