6.2 Conrming Judgment Results
An indicator appears on the measurement screen according to the judgment results.
The respective parameter judgment result and comprehensive judgment result are output to EXT I/O.
When the measurement is normally completed along with an IN judgment, the On signal is
outputted through the PASS terminal.
If the measured value is smaller than the upper limit value but greater than the lower
limit value that are previously set
If the measured value is greater than the upper limit value that is previously set
If the measured value is smaller than the lower limit value that is previously set
