Usage: [no] ipv6 nd reachable-time <milliseconds>
Description: Conîš¿gures the length of time neighbors are considered
reachable after being conîš¿rmed as reachable via the
neighbor unreachability detection algorithm. This value
appears in router advertisements sent on this interface and
is also used to manage the neighbor table entries on this node.
