chassis chassis-number slot slot-number: Specifies an MPU on an IRF member device. If you do
not specify this option, the command clears kernel thread starvation information for the global active
MPU. (Distributed devices in IRF mode.)
cpu cpu-number: Specifies a CPU by its number. (Centralized devices in IRF mode/distributed
devices in IRF or standalone mode.)

arg args: Specifies the arguments used when the third-party process is started. The value and
format of the arguments must conform to the rules of the third party process. If you do not specify this
option, the command starts a third-party process without any arguments.
