T-20 Torx screwdriver or a torque screwdriver with T-20 drill bit
Thermal grease (spare part number: 777298-001)

ProcedureProcedure
1. Install the processor:
a. Hold the processor by its carrier handle.
b. Slide the processor into the rail frame until it engages with a click sound.
