Type TR
The Hypercom Type TR cable (#810016-001) is a male DB25 to male AMP 55400-1 cable.
The cable is used to connect an IEN chassis to a Token Ring STP multiple access unit (MAU).
The length of the cable is 10’. Figure 4-42 illustrates the pinout for the Type TR cable.

The Type TR cable is used to provide a standard Token Ring STP connection. The Type TR
male DB25 connector is attached to the appropriate line port of an IEN 2000, IEN 3000,
IEN 4000 or IEN 5000 chassis. The STP data connector is attached to an STP MAU. Figure
4-43 illustrates the cable connection for the Type TR cable.
