Chapter 10. Copy services
In this chapter, we describe the copy services functions that are provided by the IBM Storwize
V5000 Gen2 storage system, including FlashCopy, Remote Copy and HyperSwap. Copy
services functions are useful for making data copies for backup, application test, recovery,
and so on. The IBM Storwize V5000 Gen2 system makes it easy to apply these functions to
your environment through its intuitive graphical user interface (GUI).
