Parameters are as follows;
• destination Address type:
The following two types are existed.
- SLCN & DNID: Slot Logical Channel Number and Data Network ID
- SLCN: Slot Logical Channel Number only
The DNID, which is used on EPADR, is dedicated for EPADR.
• lEs:
Land Earth Station
• Dnid/mem:
Data Network ID and Member Number
• transmission Interval:
Transmission interval is set “15 minutes”, “30 minutes”, “1 hour”, “2 hours”, “3 hours”, “4 hours”,
“6 hours” or “8 hours”.
• number of Packets:
The number of packets is set “1 packet”, “2 packets”, “3 packets” or “4 packets”.
• number of Reports
• Number of Reports remaining
When the number of reports remaining is zero, EPADR assignment request is executed
automatically.
