3.16.5.4 Call Logging for EPADR
When EPADR Assignment is accessed, downloaded, suspended or resumed, the result for the access is
recorded instead of Msg no in “Msg no” field of call logging (refer to section 3.10).
When the access is accepted, “Accept” is recorded in Msg no field. When the access is rejected,
“Reject” and a reason code (refer to Table 3.16.5.4) are recorded in Msg no field. The reason code is
advised to LES as Fig.3.16.5.4.

Conflicting assignment - MES should always sent this if there is a chance that the
assignment conflict can be solved with a LES request for assignment schedule.

(EG Unknown DNID/member number).
11 Query/control rejected - reason unspecified
