Lighting Feature
Full ring
Observation in dark field is possible.
Partial ring Observation in partial dark field is possible to emphasize height
differences such as scratches.
Full coaxial Observation in bright field is possible.
Partial coaxial 1 Observation in partial bright field is possible to emphasize height
differences such as scratches.
Partial coaxial 2 Observation in bright field with the brightness of center being
reduced is possible.
Mix Mixing condition of Full ring and Full coaxial can be adjusted.
Coaxial 2 * Lighting method varies according to the fiber cable used.
