High Capacitance Mode
High Capacitance Mode
High capacitance mode is effective for the measurement of a capacitive load greater
than 0.01 F.
If the measurement result data is not stable, set this function ON. The measurement
data may come stable. This function is effective for measurements of capacitive
devices up to 50 F.
High capacitance mode is available for the following source/measure condition.
• Operation mode: voltage source and current measurement
• Current measurement range: 1 A to 10 A

4-28.
