Preparation To use the low noise filter, perform the following procedure. This setting is saved to
the non-volatile memory.
1. Press the Config > Source > Ext. Filter function keys. This opens the External
Output Filter dialog box.
2. Set the External Filter State field to ON.
3. Specify the type of the used filter on the External Filter Type field. Then press
one of the following assist keys.
HC-ULNF: High current ultra low noise filter (N1294A-020)
ULNF: Ultra low noise filter (N1294A-021)
LNF: Low noise filter (N1294A-022)
4. Press the OK softkey.
The following indicator appears on the Single view or the Dual view. And then
the filter can be connected to the output terminal.
: High current ultra low noise filter (N1294A-020)
: Ultra low noise filter (N1294A-021)
: Low noise filter (N1294A-022)
