Description
Set or query the reference clock source.
 EXTernal: reference is taken from REF CLK IN.
 AXI: reference is taken from AXI backplane.
 INTernal: reference is taken from module internal reference oscillator. May
not be available with every hardware.
Command not supported with Revision 1 hardware.
