There are predefined sets of FIR filter coefficients which can be selected by the
user. When selecting the ‘user-defined’ filter type, all FIR filter coefficients are
fully controllable by the user.
There is a scaling multiplier at the output of the FIR filter which can be used to
digitally scale the output signal by factor between 0.0 and 1.0.
