Purpose
The purpose of this bulletin is to make sure that
you do not accidentally interchange temperature
controllers or high limit circuit cards, which are
used with different sensors.
Description
These temperature controllers and high limit circuit
boards are not universally interchangeable. Make
sure that you check the part numbers
carefully. The controllers and high limit circuit
boards look the same but are used with different
sensors. The controllers cannot be
reprogrammed on site.
1. Controller Part No.
4202-310 is used only
on ironers with touchless (Eagle Eye, no
contact) sensors, Type K thermocouple wire,
and Z058 High Limit Circuit Board, Part
No. 4206-520.
2. Controller Part No.
4202-300 is used only
on ironers with contact shoe sensors, Type J
thermocouple wire, and Z024 High Limit
Circuit Board Part No.4206-500.
