6 Disconnect the following cables from the RIP board: ADF ground, ADF cable, CIS cable, control panel cable,
paper length sensor cable, and flatbed motor cable.
7 Disconnect the two cables (A) from the RIP board.
8 Remove the two screws (B), and then set the fan aside to access the screw underneath.
