Restraint pad removal
1 Open the ADF top cover.
2 Peel the restraint pad o of the ADF top cover. Be sure that any excess adhesive or pieces of pad are
removed from the ADF top cover to avoid misfeeds.
Warning—Potential Damage: Be sure that any excess adhesive or pieces of pad are removed from the
ADF top cover to avoid misfeeds. Do not use solvents to remove the residue. This will damage the
plastic.
