DDM-2000 OC-3 MULTIPLEXER
Clear Trouble Report
1. Is the CR alarm LED lighted on the User Panel?
If YES, then do TAP-101.
If NO, then continue with Step 2.
2. Is the MJ alarm LED lighted on the User Panel?
If YES, then do TAP-102.
If NO, then continue with Step 3.
3. Is the MN alarm LED lighted on the User Panel?
If YES, then do TAP-112.
If NO, then continue with Step 4.
4. Is the FAULT LED on the faceplate of a DS1/DS1PM, T1EXT, DS3,orSTS1E
circuit pack flashing [inc. ( ) LOS]?
If YES, then continue to Step 5.
If NO, then proceed to Step 7.
5. There appears to be an incoming DS1, DS3, or EC-1 signal failure. Refer to
TAP-110 and clear the condition.
6. STOP. YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROCEDURE.
7. Is the FAULT LED on the faceplate of any circuit pack in the DDM-2000
lighted (not flashing) [( ) CP failed]?
If YES, then continue with Step 8.
If NO, then proceed to Step 10.

NOTE:
There is an inconsistent combination of alarms and diagnostic
indications.
Refer to TAP-108 and determine the true status of the system.
9. STOP. YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROCEDURE.
