Message Cause Solution
The cover of the heavy-duty feeding
device opens.
Close the cover of the heavy-duty
feeding device.
If the error message is displayed even
if the cover is closed, contact our ser-
vice and sales office.
The control limit sensor of the
heavy-duty feeding device is
detected.
Move down the position of the tension
bar at the drawn side. If the error mes-
sage is displayed even if you move it
down, contact our service and sales
office.
An abnormality occurs in the status
of drawn of the heavy-duty feeding
device.
Conform whether the medium is set on
the heavy-duty feeding device prop-
erly.
Confirm whether the medium goes
around in circles or not.
