9.2.4 Loud speaker audio output option
The loud speaker emits several modulated sounds in frequency and fixed or adjustable level:
A simulated sound for the audible indication of the count rate of a channel (Enabled and adjustable
in volume by the operator),
Note: Sound activation is represented by the symbol at the top of the screen.
Two mixed simulated sounds for the audible indication of the count rate of two separate channels,
when only two measurement channels on all the interfaces are displayed,
An alarm sound low threshold of fixed volume,
An alarm sound high threshold of fixed volume,
A sound of saturation, of fixed volume, of the probe.
Note: Alarm and saturation sounds are predominant on simulated sounds.
Alert sound for messages: « Low battery », « CPC expired », « IPC expired », « Error monitor
IPC expired », « Error monitor CPC expired » and probe error messages.
With the audio output of AVIOR-2 I/O & MIP-2 I/O, the use of stereo headphones plugged into the jack,
all sounds are reported in the headset: alarm sounds and saturation, simulated sounds and alert sound.
: To avoid possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume for a long time.
Use headphones and earphones limited to 100 dB (A) acoustic output.
