20.2 NETWORKING
Communication with the AVIOR-2 or the MIP-2 can be done via an RS485 network following the
ModBus protocol.
20.3 PARAMÉTRAGE MODBUS
To change the slave ID of the device:
Connect the device to a PC and launch the "Connecting to a computer" USB mode (voir 14.1)1.
From the file Explorer open the /MIP_AVIOR/config/deviceSettings.cfg file with a text editor. In 2.
the section ["globalSettings"] replace the value of the "modbusSlaveId" field by desired ID.
Required serial port configuration:
Speed: 115200 bauds
Data bits: 8
Parity : None
Stop bit: 1
Flow control: None
