14.4 SIMULATED SOUND VOLUME
In the factory setting, the simulated sound is disabled.
In « Direct measure » and « Screening » mode, the simulated sound can be activated (Symbol ) by
briefly pressing the key and direct access to the volume by pressing and holding the key
(See step 4), in this case the bar graph display of the volume only remains displayed for a few
seconds without pressing a key.
In other modes, a long press activates or deactivates the sound.
To access the volume through the menus:
Press the key to access the main menu1.
Note: The « Measure Mode » line is selected by default. If necessary press the or keys to
select the « Settings » line.
Press the or key to view the « Parameters » screen.2.
Note: The line « Background Noise » is selected by default. Use the or keys to select
the « Display and Sound » line.
