What to do if MKS Controller does not function?

If the MKS Controller isn't working, there could be several reasons: * The electronics may be malfunctioning, requiring a return for service. * The valve might be sticking, clogged, contaminated, or corroded, also requiring a return for service. * A shutoff valve upstream or downstream could be closed; open it and reapply the setpoint. * There might be no inlet pressure; regulate the inlet pressure.
