Set 19: longstore menu
Performs a head washing. This is to be used by a service person during maintenance.
Set 20: CR Maintenance menu
Use this to clean the wiper and the outside of the printhead.
Note
 Make sure to use a dedicated cleaning fluid.
Setup item Setting Description
Longstore
Start Performs a head washing
Remove cartridges
Remove the ink bag and install the cleaning
fluid pack.
Drain waste tank
Checks the waste fluid tank and drains the
waste fluid.
 [Enter] key:
Perform the Head washing operation.
The following content is displayed on the
operation panel.
Insert Cleaning cartr.
Insert the cleaning fluid S/C cards
one-by-one into the S/C card slots, and
insert the cleaning fluid bags one-by-one
into the ink bag slots

 ENTER: saves the settings and shifts to
the previous menu.
 CANCEL: cancels the settings and shifts to
the previous hierarchy.
Note
 When displaying the CR maintenance menu, the printer will not return to its
normal status, even if leaving the keys untouched for 3 minutes.
Setup item Setting Description
CR Maint
Start
Performs a maintenance. After pressing
ENTER, the print head moves to the centre
and the cleaning wiper moves forward.
End
Complete maintenance.
After pressing
ENTER, the print head and the
wiper return to their original position.
