Protect the steering head with padded material and
rest it over the dashboard.
Steering base removal - Preliminary operations
- Disconnect the connectors (1) of the acoustic war-
ning signal;
- Remove the two fixing screws (2) of the acoustic
warning signal support plate and remove the unit;
- Disassemble the holding clamp on the brake line
(see page 12);
Then remove the steering head complete with shock
absorber and ignition key switch.
