FRONT BRAKE DISCS
Check the thickness of the front discs utilising a
micrometer gauge and measure three points at least
with 120° between them as shown in the figure.
Use a micrometer gauge for this check.
- Minimum allowable thickness: 4.5 mm
This operation just be carried out on both front discs.
If the measurements are below the mini-
mum, substitute the component with a new
one.

Extract the pin.
Remove the front brake lever.
For the reassembly of the lever, grease the pin with the
prescribed product.
Recommended grease: Agip Grease 30
Screw and tighten the pin.
Tighten the nut while holding the pin in place.
Torque pressure: 5 ÷ 7 N·m
To remove the clutch lever, follow the pro-
cedure used for the brake lever.
NOTE
