Ignition key switch removal
To disassemble and replace the ignition key switch, it
is best to completely remove the motorcycle steering
head.
Remove "immobilizer" connector clamp.
Disconnect the "immobilizer" connector.
Steering pin tightening (F4 R - F4 MY13)
Screw down, without tightening, the screw ring of the
steering pin.
This operation must be done manually.
Ensure that the steering base is turned as far as pos-
sible to the right.
Utilising the special tool, tighten the screw ring (1) by
rotating it 10° (see picture).

Open the plastic clamp (1) on the right side of the
headlight support frame and remove the wiring.
