The mda-mode command is used on the Integrated Services card to configure the
card for a SCADA application: (mddb, pcm, or vcb).
The following CLI syntax shows an example of configuring a chassis slot and card
(to activate the IOM) and adapter cards on the 7705 SAR-8.
