4. TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE
Error Code: 381, 638, 639
Note! As the temperature of the fuser unit is high, carefully do the following. Be sure
to hold the handle to lift. When it is hot, wait until it cools down and start the
work.
(1) Lift the opener of the output unit and pull out the output unit.
(4) Close the right side cover.
(5) Open the MP tray.
(6) Place the removed paper with the print side up and adjust the paper guide with the
paper.
(2) Check inside of the printer and slowly remove the remaining paper.
