4. TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE
Error Code: 370, 371, 373, 640, 641, 642
(1) Pull out the duplex unit, and detach it by slightly lifting with both hands. If jammed
paper cannot be seen in the printer or duplex unit, put the duplex unit back into the
printer and go to step (4).
(2) Remove the remaining paper.
(3) Put the duplex unit back into the printer.
(4) Pull out the output unit.
