• Loss of Input Power Alarm Test
a. While the device is still operating, disconnect the power cord from the device.
b. Verify that a Loss of Input Power alarm sounds.
c. Reconnect power to stop the alarm.
8.3 MANUAL SOFTWARE TESTING
This procedure must be performed after:
• The device has been repaired and
• The Real-time Clock has been calibrated.
NOTE
When testing is complete, and before patient use, adjust the device to the
appropriate patient settings.
