SOUNDS
Most models provide audible feedback during normal use. Refer to
“Customizing Sounds (Whiteboards Only)” on page 68,
Sounds on TS and TSL
Audible feedback indicates which tool you are using. The whiteboard emits
the following sounds:
• Fanfare: on startup and shutdown
• Beep: selecting a tool (pen or eraser)
• Hum: using an eraser function
• Clicks: touching or writing on the whiteboard
For information about changing whiteboard sounds, refer to “Customizing
Sounds (Whiteboards Only)” on page 68.
GETTING TO KNOW THE SOFTWARE
Webster software enables you to edit, print, save, and distribute images
that you have captured from your PolyVision product. These images are
called “snapshots.”
Snapshots of the images from your PolyVision product are copies that you
can manipulate and save on your computer. Snapshots are part of a
Webster document file that you can save to disk at any time. You can work
with individual snapshots even when the PolyVision product is turned off or
disconnected. Refer to “Working with Snapshots” on page 36.
