Relay goes “ON” if

243, 253, 263 and
P*214, 224, 234,
244, 254, 264 can
be set in any order
as the unit ‘knows’
that you are setting
an in bounds alarm.
7= Out of bounds

The third parameter has no function and will not be displayed.
