Fry natural + breaded
Select this cooking process if you want to pan fry meat pieces.
Steam
Select this cooking process if you want to steam meat pieces.
Deep-frying
Select this cooking process if you want to deep-fry meat pieces.
Boiling
Select this cooking process if you want to boil large pieces of meat.
Boiling under pressure
Select this cooking path if you would like to boil meat under pressure.
Confit
Select this cooking process if you want to confit meat pieces.
Lou Mei
Select this cooking process if you want to if you want to cook meat Chinese style in a brine.

Low temperature cooking
Opt for this cooking path if you intend to simmer large meat pieces in liquid overnight or if you won't be in the
kitchen
Low temp. casserole
Opt for this cooking path, if you want to cook casseroles or diced meat overnight or if you won't be in the kitchen.
Low temperature braising
Select this cooking process, if you want to braise meat pieces, which are typically cooked in sauce, overnight, or if
you are not staying in the kitchen. The recommended core temperature in the low-temperature braising cooking
path is lower than in the braise cooking process.
Casserole / Stir fried
Select this cooking process if you want to cook casseroles or stir fries.
Stew under pressure
Select this cooking path if you want to cook casseroles or under pressure.
Braise
Select this cooking process if you want to braise larger pieces of meat.
