Basket
With this cooking parameter, you can set whether the food is to be cooked with or without a basket.
Temperature
With this cooking parameter, you can set the temperature to which cooking liquids or food in cooking liquids are
to be heated.
Viscosity
With this cooking parameter, you can set the consistency of soups, for example. You can also decide whether you
want to soak or boil rice, or if you want to make fresh pudding or a convenience product. The possible settings
vary depending on the intelligent cooking process.
Chocolate variety
With this cooking parameter, you can set whether you are cooking white, milk or dark chocolate.
5.5.2 Prompts
The following prompts may be displayed during a cooking process.
Quench
You will be prompted to quench seared food with liquid.
Fill up
You will be prompted to fill up the pan with liquid.
Load
You will then be prompted to load the unit with food.
Stir in
You will be prompted to stir in an ingredient, such as soup powder, into the cooking liquid.
Core probe in food
You will be prompted to insert the core probe into the food.
Core probe in cooking liquid
You will be prompted to place the core probe in the cooking liquid.
Fill up with oil
You will be prompted to fill the oil into the pan.
Insert pan base rack
You will be prompted to place the roasting rack into the pan.
Open pan lid
You will be prompted to open the pan lid.
Close pan lid
You will be prompted to lower the pan lid.
Stir
You will be prompted to stir the food.
