3.2 THE BASIC CONTROLS
On most products there are always some keys or controls that are more
important than any of the others. On the V8010, the most important keys
are located at the top and bottom of each row of keys.
The -land m keys, at the top of each row ,will probably be the
keysused most often while operatingthe equipment.However, the !Irst step
in getting started is “turning the equipment ON”.
32.1 The Power Control Keys
The Power keys are the red/orange colored ke s along the left bottom edge
of the unit’s front panel. The key, turns the unit ON. To turn
the unit OFF, press both
together. By pressing these
two keys together, accidental turn-off of the unit is less likely.
To turn the unit “ON”, press thm key.
To turn the unit “Off’, depress both them and m keys together at
the same time. The unit will be turned OFF.
