can be reset to ‘00.0” by pressing thelMENu key and selecting -1
with the softkey. Press the softkeyforthe T.LOGRFSETlfollowed bypressing
the-key to reset the trip log counter to ‘00.0”.
3.43 The Navigation Menu
When them key is pressed and themlsoftkey is pressed,
the NAVI GATIO N MENU appears on the display.
If the Raystar 100 GPS sensor is connected, any of the four main opera-
tions which appear on the NAVIGATION M EN U can be selected by pressing
the corresponding softkey at the left side of the display panel. If the GPS
not connected. the SATELLITE STATUS pages will not appear on
the menu.

The operations available in the NAVIGATIONMENU allow the echosounder
to be used as a full function Navigator and can be activated whenever any
navaid providing properly formatted L/L position input data is connected
to the V8010. The sections that follow discuss the various setup operations
available in the menu beginning with the NAVIGATE SETUP menu.
