Installation
2.13.2 INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
Unplug the main machine power cord before starting the following procedure.
If this finisher is installed, the Bridge Unit (D386) and Paper Feed Unit (D351) or LCT
(D352) must be installed before installing this finisher.
1. Unpack the finisher and remove the tapes.
Be sure to keep screw [1] shown at the top left drawing above. It will be
needed to secure the grounding plate later in this procedure.
2. Install the front joint bracket [2] / holder bracket [3] (
x 2; M4 x 14) and rear joint
bracket [4] (
x 2; M4 x 14).
