8.4 Parameter Setting Mode
Set values (SV), Event set values, timer parameters and control parameters can be set in this mode.
8.4.1 Display sequence
Parameters will not be displayed if the relevant function is not activated or no
relevant specification is selected when ordering.
This instrument returns to the PV/SV monitor if no key operation is performed
within 1 minute.
