Calibration
a To calibrate the photometer
1 Press <Menu> on the [Routine Monitor] screen. The [Menu] screen is
displayed.
2 Press <Tools>. The [Tools] screen is displayed.
3 Press <User Calibration>. The [User Calibration] screen is displayed.
4 Press <Photometer Calibration>. The [Photometer Calibration] screen is
displayed.
The current values are displayed on the screen. The previous values are
displayed in parentheses.
5 Press <Calibrate>. The [Photometer Calibration] window appears.
6 Press <Execute>. A confirmation window appears.
When the calibration process is completed, the new calibration values are
displayed on the screen with the previous values in parentheses. “Calibration
OK” or “Calibr. Failed” is shown on the second line of the [Photometer
Calibration] screen.
The screen shows the measured areas of the calibration strip assigned to the
corresponding test parameters of the test strip (COM = compensation pad,
ERY = Erythrocytes, and so on) with reflectance values and the wavelength
